After each use rinse under running water.
After washing dry with a dish towel and store properly.
Avoid leaving acidic or salty food on cutlery after each use, wash, dry and store properly.
Do not use reactive cleaning agent such as bleach, chlorides and anti-lime agents.
Cleaning by hand is always gentler than washing in the dishwasher.
Avoid washing your cutlery together with non-stainless items, the rust from these items could transfer to the cutlery causing flash rust.
How to Polish Cutlery:
• Water stain: hold the cutlery under warm water and then wipe with a soft towel till it shines again.
• Flash rust:
use a conventional steel polish with a soft towel and
rub stain until the rust disappears, rinse the polish under
running water.
